Our Journey Toward a Telephony
Cloud Revolution

It all began when we were working at a Session Border Controller company, while also gaining deep knowledge and experience in the world of Voice and security. We identified a need for a secured phone, and once we finished developing it, we successfully sold it to a major service provider. That was just the first step. We realized that we needed to develop a management system to support the phone and handle ongoing operations.

As these developments took shape, especially with Cisco’s HCS services entering the market, we found ourselves stepping into the world of the cloud. Over time, we understood that successful automation required leveraging advanced AI technologies. We brought in the best experts with the relevant background, and we began enhancing our system’s capabilities.

One day, after manually adding six users to the cloud for a client, the sense of accomplishment, in addition to the incredible feeling we had while standing outside it’s massive building in the U.S., gazing at the logo of the company, we realized that there had to be a much better way to perform this process. That’s when it became clear: we needed to develop automated migration capabilities to make the transition to the cloud seamless and scalable.

Since that turning point, we have focused on building a powerful migration solution, integrated into our management system. This solution has allowed us to migrate millions of users to cloud infrastructures efficiently and smoothly.

Today, we are a seasoned team with voice, software, cloud, and AI capabilities, providing advanced solutions to Fortune 100 companies, tier-one carriers, and medium-sized customers in the unified communication area. Our vision is to automate everything possible that can be done by machines, allowing people to focus on adding their real talent and value.
